Combatting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Our Commitment to Safety

At Swiperyt, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Below are our publicly accessible standards and enforcement mechanisms to ensure compliance with Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy, legal requirements, and ethical obligations.

  • Explicit Prohibition of CSAE
Swiperyt strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or interaction that facilitates or promotes CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to:

    - Sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM.

    - Grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior toward individuals.

    - Any attempt to bypass age restrictions or misrepresent age.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension/termination, permanent bans, and reporting to law enforcement.

  • AI-Powered Content Moderation
To proactively detect and prevent harmful content:

    - Automated NSFW Detection: All uploaded content (images, videos, text) is scanned in real-time using advanced AI to identify and block explicit or inappropriate material.

    - Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18+ during registration. Suspicious accounts are flagged for manual review.

  • Identity Verification
To proactively validate our users, we require a national identification card uploaded by the user for verification. This is to ensure that the user is who they claim to be and to prevent inappropriate profile creation.
  • Handling CSAM and Violations
Upon receiving reports or identifying CSAM:

    - Immediate Removal: Confirmed CSAM is deleted within 24 hours.

    - Legal Reporting: We collaborate with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and regional authorities to report violations.

    - Account Termination: Offenders are permanently banned and added to an internal blocklist.

  • Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Swiperyt adheres to all applicable laws, including:

    - COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act): We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.

    - Regional Regulations: Processes are in place to comply with local child safety laws, including mandatory reporting of CSAE incidents.
