Combatting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
At Swiperyt, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Below are our publicly accessible standards and enforcement mechanisms to ensure compliance with Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy, legal requirements, and ethical obligations.
- Sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM.
- Grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior toward individuals.
- Any attempt to bypass age restrictions or misrepresent age.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension/termination, permanent bans, and reporting to law enforcement.
- Automated NSFW Detection: All uploaded content (images, videos, text) is scanned in real-time using advanced AI to identify and block explicit or inappropriate material.
- Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18+ during registration. Suspicious accounts are flagged for manual review.
- Immediate Removal: Confirmed CSAM is deleted within 24 hours.
- Legal Reporting: We collaborate with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and regional authorities to report violations.
- Account Termination: Offenders are permanently banned and added to an internal blocklist.
- COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act): We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.
- Regional Regulations: Processes are in place to comply with local child safety laws, including mandatory reporting of CSAE incidents.
